TM3RDM16R

The Schneider Electric TM3RDM16R is a 16-channel, relay output module from the Modicon TM3 distributed I/O system. It is designed to provide a flexible interface for controlling AC or DC loads directly from compatible Modicon PLCs (such as the Modicon M221, M241, M251, and TM2 series).

Connection Removable screw terminal block (front connector) for field wiring. Wire Gauge (Terminal) Solid or stranded: 0.5 mm² to 1.5 mm² (AWG 20 to AWG 16) Power Supply (for relay coils) 24V DC (supplied via the TM3 base unit or external terminal). The module consumes power to energize the relay coils. Coil Power Consumption Logic current from 5V bus: ~100 mA. Per-channel coil current @ 24V DC: Typically ~15-20 mA. Total module coil current can be significant (e.g., up to ~320 mA for all 16 channels ON). This must be considered for power supply sizing.
